1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product should not be from our Sale, Customized, or Made-to-Order collections.

2. How to Initiate a Return

- Submit a Return Request with a reason of return.
- Pickup or Shipping: Once approved, our team will schedule a pickup or share the return address if pickup is unavailable in your area.
- Quality Check: Every returned item goes through a quality inspection before the return or refund is processed.

3. Refunds

- For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or print, please mention your preference in your return request.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Innerwear, dupattas, or accessories
- Customized or made-to-measure pieces
- Items purchased during Sale or Festive Promotions

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
